Born and raised in Korea, Hyesun developed an early interest in dance and music resulting in an initial career as a professional singer and Salsa dance instructor. As a dancer, Hyesun became aware of both the great potential and limitations of the human body. With a desire to help people who aspired to reach their potential and treat individuals who were suffering from movement issues, she made the decision to attend California State earning a B.Sc. degree in kinesiology, the study of human movement. Graduating with honors, as well as multiple certifications in relevant areas such as personal training, aerobics, orthopedic massage, corrective exercise and performance enhancement. Hyesun has applied her combination of skills as a personal trainer, to not only help clients achieve their fitness goals, but also diagnose and correct dysfunctional movements in everyday life. This holistic “movement therapy” approach has helped her clients to achieve their desired body states, prevent injuries, treat chronic pain without medication, and improve their overall personal well-being. In recent years, she has expanded her movement therapy program to assist golfers and other athletes with correcting dysfunctional movements to increase individual performance levels. Throughout her life, Hyesun has been lucky to have had the opportunity to travel the world and has lived in Japan for several years before coming to the United States. She is fluent in Korean, English and Japanese. As a professional trainer and dance instructor, she teaches her students not just how to look good, but how to treat their bodies well in all respects: nutrition, posture, stress management, and proper movement.

HyesunLife is a proud donor to CASA of Flathead Valley!
When a child has suffered from abuse or neglect, when their lives have been turned upside down, when they feel they have no one they can count on, they need an advocate. In Flathead County, CASA for Kids recruits, trains and supports everyday citizens to advocate for foster children. The trained advocates are appointed by the court as guardian ad litems and serve the children until they find a safe, permanent home. They are the one consistent adult in the child's life, working to build trust and resiliency.
